Begin by downloading the Baddour Rentals app and creating your driver account. You can then explore available vehicles based on your preferred pick-up location and complete the reservation process. A team member will review your request, confirm your reservation and coordinate a pick-up date and time to deliver you the keys to your rental vehicle.

Once we accept your reservation, your card will immediately be charged for the amount of days you indicated in your rental request. Your card will be charged for each day you extend beyond the initial rental window.

We do review your driving history and credit score, but will not necessarily decline an application due to a few previous accidents or low credit score. However, the following requirements must be met for your rental request to be approved:

• No more than 2 distracted driving violations in last 24 months;
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 36 months;
• No more than 2 accidents in last 60 months;
• No major moving violation in last 36 months;
• No DUI or other drug-related driving violation in the last 84 months;
• No auto-related felonies of any kind.

If the vehicle is given to the driver with a full tank of gas, the tank must also be full upon return. The vehicle should be kept clean and returned clean—no exceptions. The renter is subject to fees if these terms are not met.

The renter is also responsible for alerting the vehicle owner if there is a problem with the vehicle. For example, if the vehicle is due for an oil change based on the sticker that should be on the dash, the renter must notify the owner. The owner is then responsible for scheduling the service.
